No Regrets Challenge – Day 4 (see August 4, 2018 on my Facebook page for video)

I just landed in Barcelona Spain and I’ve almost made it home to France.  I’m feeling satisfied and a  little bit tired, so today’s message will be short.

On the plane I managed to get a little cat nap in maybe thirty minutes, in spite of the activity among the many well-behaved children on board.  I awoke feeling somewhat refreshed and ready to figure out how to find my way from the airport to the bus station.

What I learned from that short nap was that it doesn’t always take a long time to do something from which we can receive a nice benefit.  Small steps we take, little things we do, can give us what we need to carry us through to our destination.

What small tasks have you taken that in hindsight you attribute to a bigger achievement or sense of well-being?

Feel free to comment.
