Day 1 of the No Regrets Challenge (See August 1, 2018 on my Facebook page for live recording )

I’m here in beautiful Berlin, Germany.  As I explore historic places and hear stories behind the bigger historical narrative, especially those about the Berlin Wall that separated East Berlin from West Berlin and which broke apart families,  I think of how we can unconsciously separate ourselves from who we truly are with limiting beliefs, self-doubts, and preconceived notions that form invisible walls in our minds.

It is my purpose to shine a light on your true nature and inspire you to follow your dreams and live a life where you do feel truly fulfilled. So I’m starting this No Regrets challenge, which is inspired by my friend Ombretta.  Each day of the month of August I plan to bring you a short message meant to get you unstuck and move you into action so that you will have no regrets at the end of your life.

Death is what gives life value and meaning. So today’s questions are:

At the end of your life what regrets don’t you want to have?

What step(s) will you take to ensure these regrets are not realized?
