Terms and Conditions for Women Rising Roundtable
1. Description of the Women Rising Roundtable
The Women Rising Roundtable is a two-and-a-half-hour online session designed to provide a safe, supportive space for women to connect, share, and explore personal growth and empowerment. Access to the Roundtable is for the session listed on the payment page only.
2. Confidentiality
To ensure a safe and supportive environment, both the facilitator and participants agree to maintain confidentiality. No details of the conversation that could identify participants will be shared outside the session.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be granted if requested at least 24 hours before the start of the Roundtable session. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or for no-shows.
4. Limited Liability
The facilitator makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the content or outcomes of the Roundtable conversation. Participation is voluntary, and the facilitator is not liable for any decisions, actions, or results arising from the session.
5. Participant Conduct
Participants agree to engage respectfully and contribute to maintaining a supportive environment. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund.
6. Access and Technology Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet access and the necessary technology (e.g., a device with Zoom installed) to join the session. The facilitator is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, prompts, or content shared by the facilitator during the Roundtable are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
