Ready, Set, Action, Success

At the end of this 4-hour workshop, you will walk away with a meaningful goal, an action plan, and strategies to handle mind resistance, in order to achieve your goal.

In Section 1, Goal Setting for Success, you will learn how to:

  • set goals that are meaningful and motivating
  • how to define what success in reaching your goal looks like
  • deploy strategies to handle self-doubt and limiting beliefs

In Section 2, Action Planning, you will Create a work plan by:

  • prioritizing the high level buckets of work,
  • determining tasks for each work bucket
  • assigning a time frames for each work bucket and task

In Section 3, Taking action, you will:

  • develop ways to track your progress
  • create strategies to stay focused and accountable
  • learn to assess when tweaks to your plan are necessary
  • learn techniques to challenge negativity, fear, and doubt
