There is a group for you. Take the leap and join one of our group coaching focusing on one of these areas.
- Groups meet weekly for a period of three to six months
- Each group has a specific focus – book writing, losing weight, getting organized, or getting re-engaged in life.
- The groups create accountability and a safe, supportive environment. You will learn from your peers and they will learn from you.
Meetings are via conference call, recorded for reference later, and facilitated by a Certified Professional Coach.
